All day – International Schools arrive and are transferred to their designated hotels.

18:30 – Departure to the opening dinner venue (Al Zuwwadeh Restaurant)
19:00 – Arrival at the opening dinner venue
21:30 – Departure from the opening dinner venue to the Hotel

Excursion to Petra – Thursday 19th November
06:00 – Meeting at the Grand Hyatt Hotel lobby
